This page explains the information used for your orders, optional account and the updates you choose to receive.
Orders
We collect the details needed to record, prepare and deliver your order: name, phone number, address, city, products and quantities. Email, postal code and instructions are optional where not required for your chosen service. Payment is in cash to the delivery person; no bank details are requested.
Account
An account is optional. An email code verifies your address. After verification, your details and linked orders can be viewed and used to prefill a future purchase. Language and scent preferences are optional.
Updates
Marketing emails require a separate subscription. Ordering or creating an account does not automatically subscribe you. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Recipients
Orders are stored on Hostinger hosting and shared with the team handling them. Details needed for delivery are shared with Sendit. The newsletter form uses FormSubmit. If we communicate on WhatsApp, messages pass through that service. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Order information is retained for sales support and applicable obligations. Contact contact@qatrabio.com to request access, correction or deletion. Information needed to meet a legal obligation may need to be retained.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 (CNDP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@qatrabio.com.

Local storage and sessions
Your bag is stored in your browser. Session cookies support checkout and customer and team access. This checkout adds no advertising tracker.
