Qatra Bio ("we") cares about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. Qatra Bio is a pre-launch brand based in Morocco, around Taza.

When you join our launch list, we only collect the information you provide: your name, email address, city and your interest type (personal use, retail, wholesale or export). We do not collect any sensitive data.
Why we use it
This data is used solely to keep you informed about the Qatra Bio launch: updates, product drops and wholesale availability. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by ticking the form’s checkbox.
Hosting and processing
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Form submissions are processed by the FormSubmit service, which forwards your message to our email address. Your data is never sold, rented or traded to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
We keep your data as long as needed to inform you about the launch, or until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 (CNDP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@qatrabio.com.
