Qatra Bio delivers throughout Morocco with our delivery partner, Sendit. Orders are currently placed on WhatsApp. Before dispatch, we confirm your products, delivery address, delivery fee, expected delivery time and total amount due.
How ordering works
- Send us your orderChoose your products and contact us through WhatsApp.
- Review your orderWe send you a complete order summary, including the products, quantities, delivery fee, total amount and estimated delivery time.
- ConfirmYour order is prepared only after you confirm the details in writing.
- DeliveryYour order is handed to Sendit for delivery.
- Pay when it arrivesPayment is made in cash when your order is delivered.

Delivery is charged once per order, for orders of up to 10 diffusers. The exact amount is confirmed before you approve your order. These are Sendit’s currently published rates and are reviewed regularly in case they change.
Order confirmation
Please check your name, telephone number, address, products and total carefully before confirming.
If you have any problem with your delivery, contact us before refusing the parcel so that we can help.
After dispatch
As soon as your order leaves, we send you a WhatsApp message to confirm it, with the Sendit tracking reference when one is available.
The courier usually calls before arriving. Keep your phone to hand on the delivery day, and have the exact amount ready in cash.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us through WhatsApp.
If your order has already been dispatched, contact us so we can explain the available options.
Returns and withdrawal
You may exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the exceptions established by Moroccan law.
Please contact us before returning a product. The product should be returned complete, securely packaged and with its original accessories and packaging.
Return delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility. When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the total amount paid will be refunded within the legally required period of no more than 15 days.
Refund arrangements will be confirmed with the customer directly.
