Orders are delivered in Morocco with Sendit. The delivery fee and total are shown before confirmation. Pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives.
How to order

- Check deliveryEnter your details and city. Check the address, products and total before confirming.
- Receive your orderWe prepare your order for dispatch. Pay the total to the delivery person in cash on arrival.
Delivery fees
Free delivery from 2 diffusers, including mixed scents, up to 10 diffusers per order. For 1 diffuser, your city or neighbourhood tariff applies. Delivery fees and the total are shown before confirmation.
Preparation
Your order goes directly to preparation, then dispatch. The estimated time includes 24 h preparation added to Sendit’s published transit time for your location. It is shown before confirmation and saved with your order. Public holidays and carrier constraints may affect it.
Cancellation
To cancel before dispatch, contact us with your order reference. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we will explain the available steps.
Returns and withdrawal
For a return, withdrawal or damaged parcel, contact us with your order reference. We will provide the return destination and instructions for your request.
Subject to legal exceptions, you have 7 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. This may extend to 30 days if the required information has not been confirmed to you in writing. When withdrawal is validly exercised, the full amount paid is refunded within 15 days of exercising that right. Return delivery costs may remain payable by you, depending on the circumstances.
